Day 1 Capital Of Austria(Vienna)

Today You will get to fly from the Delhi, which is the capital of India to the capital of Austria with British Airways. We have a tendency to watch out of your transfer from the field to the building wherever you'll stay for three nights.

Day 2 Capital Of Austria(Vienna)

In the morning after having breakfast we will surely explore the eye-catching capital of Austria- the capital of Austria on foot. A formidable mix of modernism and ancient cultural capital of Austria has some fantastic beaux art work. You'll like to ascertain Schonbrunn, the summer fort of the Habsburgs or the famous Imperial Palace that is in Hofburg.

Day 3 Vienna- Salzburg

It is the last day in the capital of Austria once done with the breakfast, we may proceed to go to the Kunsthistorisches art depository or the opera. Henceforth you'll be transferred to the station for the train journey to Salzburg (3 hours). You shall then be transferred to the building in Salzburg for three nights.

Day 4 Salzburg

After breakfast, you may explore the inspiring town of Salzburg. It is popular as the World Heritage site, Salzburg is sought for its engaging setting and scenic Alpine scene.

Day 5 Back To India

After breakfast within the late morning, you'll fly back to the country.

REMARKS

  • This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to recosting.
  • The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
  • The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours.
  • This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices may vary.
  • Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
  • Airport taxes calculated @ dated 20 Sep 2015 per person. Any increase or decrease would be charged as per actual.
  • Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at (1 EUR @ INR 70 ) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of HDFC bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
  • Service tax 3.625% will be chargeable against the total cost of booking.
  • Above cost is based on minimum 02 passengers traveling together
  • Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel. Interconnecting rooms may be requested but are at a sole desecration of the hotel
  • No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for any visa rejection.
  • Any unutilized service will not be refunded.
  • Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
  • Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we give final confirmation of the tour.
  • Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
  • Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash, or Credit Card only. Extra charges may apply on paying by Credit Card , Debit Card or Net Banking. Transaction charges are Debit Cards 1.41%, Credit Cards 2.53% or through Net Banking is 2.25%.
  • Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure; in case of nonpayment MakeYouTravel reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
  • All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
  • There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
  • As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

  • 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges)
