Day 1 Arrive at Barcelona

On the arrival at Spain’s second largest city’s airport you will be greeted by our representative and take you to the hotel. After check in, the day will be free for you to explore the city at your own leisure.
Your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 2 Barcelona – City sightseeing tour

On the second day after breakfast you will be taken on the sightseeing tour. First you can start with the Gothic District in Barcelona’s old Town. The place is an art in itself it is a fusion of past, present and future. You can take your time exploring the place, going through the Picasso museum and spend time in the parks and gardens and later cool off at the beach.

Day 3 Madrid

Have your breakfast on the morning of the third day of your trip and leave for the station. From there you will board the train to Madrid, the capital city of Spain. Once you reach there, you will be taken to one of the best hotels. You can freshen up. Later you can move out and explore the nearby places at your own leisure. The rest of the evening will be for you to move around the place and get the pulse of it.

Day 4 Madrid- city tour (Hop On Hop Off)

On the fourth day, after breakfast you will get the chance to explore the city. Here you get the facility of Double Decker bus, from which you can get off and get on at your own with one ticket for the day from anywhere. It is the best way to move around the city and get the pulse of the place.

Day 5 Porto

On the fifth day it is time to move to a new city. So after having your breakfast you will check out and leave for Porto in Portugal. You will be taken to the airport (airfare not included). On arriving at Porto you will be met by our representative. After checking in the rest of the day is at your own leisure.

Day 6 Porto City Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, you will be taken on the sightseeing tour of the city. The second largest city of Portugal has a lot for a tourist to discover. This place is modern and lively with cafes and shopping centres. You can also visit the Cathedral in the Central Baixa Quarter.
Your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 7 Lisbon

After breakfast at the hotel on the seventh day, you will check out and proceed on towards Lisbon, capital of Portugal. From there you will be escorted to the hotel by our representative. You can check in and enjoy the night life of the city.

Day 8 Lisbon (City Sightseeing Tour)

On the eighth day, after having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave to explore the city whose history dates back to 300000 years back. It is also one of the world’s longest founded cities. You can visit Jeronimos Monastery and Torre de Belem.
Your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 9 Departure

On the ninth day it’s time to say goodbye to the cities and return to your homeland with great many memories. So, after breakfast you will be taken to the airport and fly back to India.

REMARKS

  • This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to recosting.
  • The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
  • The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours.
  • This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices may vary.
  • Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
  • Airport taxes calculated @ dated 20 Sep 2015 per person. Any increase or decrease would be charged as per actual.
  • Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at (1 EUR @ INR 70 ) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of HDFC bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
  • Service tax 3.625% will be chargeable against the total cost of booking.
  • Above cost is based on minimum 02 passengers traveling together
  • Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel. Interconnecting rooms may be requested but are at a sole desecration of the hotel
  • No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for any visa rejection.
  • Any unutilized service will not be refunded.
  • Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
  • Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we give final confirmation of the tour.
  • Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
  • Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash, or Credit Card only. Extra charges may apply on paying by Credit Card , Debit Card or Net Banking. Transaction charges are Debit Cards 1.41%, Credit Cards 2.53% or through Net Banking is 2.25%.
  • Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure; in case of nonpayment MakeYouTravel reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
  • All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
  • There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
  • As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON

  • 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges)
